Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships across Greater China with a focus on driving adoption of EOR hires.
  • The position requires conducting strategic business reviews and maintaining high levels of CSat and NPS to minimize churn.
  • Candidates will be accountable for revenue growth through expansion, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities while acting as the voice of the customer.
