Job Summary

  • Partner with Business, Country HR Directors and HRBPs to align business and talent priorities, acting as the talent SME and overseeing talent and performance management initiatives.
  • Contribute to talent strategy in line with Group and business priorities, working closely with the GBL and SBU Head(s) of Talent Management.
  • Support in facilitating the Strategic Talent Review (STR) process alongside business and HR leaders and ensure follow-up and monitoring of actions and performance management outcomes.
