Job Summary
Partner with Business, Country HR Directors and HRBPs to align business and talent priorities, acting as the talent SME and overseeing talent and performance management initiatives.
Contribute to talent strategy in line with Group and business priorities, working closely with the GBL and SBU Head(s) of Talent Management.
Support in facilitating the Strategic Talent Review (STR) process alongside business and HR leaders and ensure follow-up and monitoring of actions and performance management outcomes.

Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years of HR or HR related experience
Working-level fluency in English and Japanese
