Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, public administration, finance or business
Three (3) years of financial analysis, budget planning/monitoring or accounting experience
High school diploma or GED plus seven (7) years of experience
Associate degree plus five (5) years of experience
Bachelor's degree (non-specified field) plus five (5) years of experience
Master's degree (specified field) plus one (1) year of experience
PC skills for spreadsheet analysis and Advantage Financial Systems (AMS)
