  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, public administration, finance or business
  • Three (3) years of financial analysis, budget planning/monitoring or accounting experience
  • High school diploma or GED plus seven (7) years of experience
  • Associate degree plus five (5) years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree (non-specified field) plus five (5) years of experience
  • Master's degree (specified field) plus one (1) year of experience
  • PC skills for spreadsheet analysis and Advantage Financial Systems (AMS)
