Job Summary
Oversee the delivery of the Chiesi AIR Omnichannel strategy and executional plan, leading the Omnichannel team to co-ordinate and execute planned omnichannel marketing campaigns.
Manage a team of x3 Omnichannel Managers supporting their wellbeing at work, overseeing/supporting their activity and workload, providing coaching and professional development support.
Support the Omnichannel Managers, Business Excellence (CRM & Data) teams to analyse results and interpret data into meaningful insights providing recommendations to help steer decision-making and innovations in channel execution.
