Valeo is seeking an HR trainee or apprentice to oversee the lifecycle of interns and apprentices at their Bobigny site. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Resources or Management and experience in recruitment or talent management, working in a dynamic and innovative environment

Job Summary

  • You will be the HR referent for interns and apprentices at the site and will manage the entire junior talent lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, support, and development of relationships with schools.
  • Organize and coordinate the onboarding of interns and apprentices: prepare arrivals, communicate with managers, and organize the first day.
  • Participate in HR projects related to the development of young talent and contribute to the improvement of campus management processes.
