The Product Diagnostic & Quality Center (PDQC) is seeking a highly skilled FA Software Development Engineer to develop, maintain and optimize software tools that support the analysis of NXP products.
This role requires close collaboration with design, test and Failure Analysis (FA) and Reliability teams to create software solutions for FA and Reliability Labs globally.
The Failure Analysis Enablement Team is responsible for developing and maintaining hardware and software solutions that enable on-time failure analysis (FA) readiness for every NXP product.
