Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and work outdoors in all weather
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Nice-to-have
Experience with Python or MATLAB scripting and data analysis
Knowledge of instrumentation sensors like strain gauges and thermocouples
Familiarity with automotive electronics protocols such as CAN and Ethernet
Comfortable working in early-stage product development from zero to one
Deep understanding of low and high volume manufacturing processes

5+ years of experience as a technician in autonomous, automotive, aerospace, or related industry
Experience with electrical/harnessing standards and manufacturing
Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds occasionally
Willingness to work in traditional shop settings or outdoors in all weather conditions
