Must-have

  • 5+ years technician experience in autonomous or automotive industry
  • Hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and software systems
  • Experience with electrical harnessing standards and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and work outdoors in all weather
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Python or MATLAB scripting and data analysis
  • Knowledge of instrumentation sensors like strain gauges and thermocouples
  • Familiarity with automotive electronics protocols such as CAN and Ethernet
  • Comfortable working in early-stage product development from zero to one
  • Deep understanding of low and high volume manufacturing processes

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a technician in autonomous, automotive, aerospace, or related industry
  • Experience with electrical/harnessing standards and manufacturing
  • Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds occasionally
  • Willingness to work in traditional shop settings or outdoors in all weather conditions
