Yallaventura is seeking a Tour Conductor to lead immersive cultural tours in Morocco, connecting travelers with local experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Moroccan culture, strong language skills, and previous experience in tourism or guiding

Job Summary

  • Lead small groups (maximum 12–16 travelers) on 1–2 week cultural tours across Morocco, helping them experience the country authentically and responsibly.
  • Be well organized, know the daily itinerary in detail, and ensure smooth tour operations, always being ready with a Plan B to adapt to unexpected situations.
  • Participate in training sessions and pre-tour briefings to be fully prepared for each departure and receive a comprehensive onboarding program, including a one-week shadowing period with an experienced guide.
