Job Summary

  • Customer focus on customer success through operational support of all customer order-related processes.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating price lists in Oracle and coordinating with Finance to resolve billing and collection issues.
  • Provides timely reports to support Clients, Sales, Marketing, and Operations on forecasts, shipping plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history.
