Job Summary
Customer focus on customer success through operational support of all customer order-related processes.
Responsible for maintaining and updating price lists in Oracle and coordinating with Finance to resolve billing and collection issues.
Provides timely reports to support Clients, Sales, Marketing, and Operations on forecasts, shipping plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history.
