Candidates will lead a maintenance team, supervise contractors, and coordinate with tenants and government authorities to ensure seamless facility operations within a mall environment.
The position requires implementing systematic preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical and electrical installations to optimize efficiency and mitigate breakdown risks.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High Tension Chargeman License BO 11KV
Preventive maintenance on switchgear and transformers
Supervision of chargemen and technicians
Compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations
Troubleshooting electrical faults in 11kV or 33kV systems
Nice-to-have
Strong leadership and people management skills
Familiarity with Building Management Systems
Experience with retail fit-out projects
Proficiency in MS Office for reporting
Ability to work outside normal hours
Key Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related fields
Chargeman License High Tension (BO 11KV) registered to Suruhanjaya Tenaga
5 to 8 years experience in similar capacity
At least 2 years supervisory roles
Knowledge of Electricity Supply Act and Regulations
