Job Summary
The Child Development Specialist provides direct client care for children aged newborn through six years who are voluntarily placed by parents facing barriers such as homelessness or domestic violence.
Staff members engage in intentional, developmentally appropriate, and trauma-informed interventions designed to prevent child abuse and neglect while restoring security for the children.
This union-represented position requires working part-time shifts from 2:45 pm to 11:00 pm, including every other weekend.
