Job Summary
The RCM Team Lead of Cash Posting is responsible for supervising the day-to-day functions of the cash posting team while ensuring RCM clients deposits and payments are posted accurately, timely and following RCM policies and procedures.
Responsible for training and monitoring productivity of Revenue Cycle procedures to ensure tasks are completed within SLA.
