Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-10 years enterprise direct sales experience
Proven track record in complex solution selling
Experience selling to owner/operator customers
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to develop and execute account strategies
Nice-to-have
Engineering, industrial, or technical background
Experience in process or discrete manufacturing industries
Experience in power, utilities or EPC customers
Software or industrial automation sales background
Hunter mindset with strong new business capability
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
5-10 years enterprise direct sales experience
Experience using CRM and sales methodologies (MEDDPIC preferred)
