Job Summary

  • Responsible for all aspects of Operations management of one of the verticals in Lighting BU and assure results on Safety, People, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
  • Support product transitions from Germany and US sites and coordinate with Program Management & Engineering to provide direction during program start-ups, transitions to production.
  • Energize with vision and purpose, establishes meaningful relationships, develops people, coaches, delegates, stretches talent, promotes DE&I.
