  • Develop category strategic licensing plans and sales strategies for food, health, beauty and other categories adapting the global strategy to local/regional/International consumer needs.
  • Identify growth opportunities and new business initiatives with the goal to drive incremental revenue.
  • Monitor licensees’ overall performances throughout contract term, including product sales, financial commitments, marketing efforts and distribution strategies.
