Salary

Primary Level Salary Range: $79,300.00 - $118,900.00; Secondary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00; Benefits: health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO)

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • E3 requirements management
  • E3 design guidelines
  • E3 test procedures
  • MIL-STD-464 or MIL-STD-461 experience
  • RF, Test or design engineering experience

Nice-to-have

  • defense and aerospace industry practices
  • programmatic skills for E3 compliance
  • EMI filters, circuit layout, shielding design
  • modeling and simulation of E3
  • design for TEMPEST and EMI/EMC compliance

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM + 2 years experience OR Master's degree in STEM
  • 5 years experience OR Master's degree + 3 years experience OR PhD + 1 year experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance
