Job Summary

  • The Human Resources Business Partner provides strategic business partnerships to client groups and provides manager and employee support to leaders regarding the full range of HR support spanning from organizational to individual and administrative.
  • Support client group on the day-to-day HR activities, ensuring operational success, follow-up on the annual HR priorities and driving alignment and initiatives to meet business objectives (i.e. recruiting, talent management, employee and leadership development, HR administration, annual HR processes, etc.).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 6 plus years of human resources advisor
  • Experience with Unions
  • Experience in multi-site and multi-state HR support
  • Recruiting and staffing experience
  • Experience planning, facilitating, and conducting training
  • Knowledge and application of employment laws
  • Knowledge and application of employee relation issues
