Job Summary

  • Provide unsolicited technical and medical information to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers across the KANZ region in English or Korean.
  • Handle inquiries according to global and local regulatory policies, including the identification, documentation, and triage of adverse events and product quality complaints.
  • Orchestrate an ideal customer-centric experience by understanding the customer journey and onboarding customers to preferred Pfizer channel platforms.
