  • Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs.
  • Provide on-going support for all automation built on Power Automate Desktop (Core) and UIPATH, managed by USCRPA team and to provide workaround/solutions based on existing catalog/knowledge base.
  • Implement changes related to incidents & change requests and deploy to production system.
