Base: $190,800.00 - $300,300.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation

Must-have
MD PhD or PharmD degree required
3 years field-based payer experience
5 years clinical health system experience
Organized healthcare system relationship building
Knowledge of pharmaco-economics and value-based payment
Nice-to-have
Field-based medical affairs experience preferred
Formal training in health economics
Outcomes research background
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Collaborative mindset and integrity
Key Requirements
