Job Summary

  • Develop regional business plans by conducting SWOT analysis of the market and formulating plans based on key business objectives, while coaching and supporting medical representatives in plan implementation to ensure effective goal achievement.
  • Develop capabilities and improve efficiency according to the requirements in the DSM competency model, actively disseminate and develop AstraZeneca culture and leadership behaviors, and serve as a role model for other employees.
