Nationally certified Advanced Practice Provider who provides primary and/or specialty care in a variety of healthcare settings.
This position will provide inpatient consult and outpatient support for Medina Hematology and Oncology services.
The Cancer Institute is currently seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Adult, Family or Acute Care Certified) for a PRN position with the Hematology/Oncology department at Medina Hospital with additional weekend coverage at Fairview Hospital and Avon Hospital.

Key Requirements
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Adult, Family or Acute Care Certified
Oncology APP experience preferred
New graduates will not be considered
National certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Certification as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
Currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner
Currently licensed as a Clinical Nurse Specialist
Currently licensed as a Physician Assistant
Basic Life Support (BLS) through AHA
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) may be required
