The IT Enterprise Change Process Manager is responsible for developing the ITIL V4 / ITSM based Enterprise IT Change Management Strategy, Governance Model, Processes, and Transformation Plan.
Upon completion of transformation, the role will initiate BAU IT Change Management functions including day-to-day management of Governance and collaboration across IT departments/Business Units.
