Must-have
5+ years R&D experience in adhesives or coatings
Expertise in solvent-based product formulations
Deep knowledge of PU, MS Polymer, and Silicone technologies
Experience with waterproofing coatings and sealants
Proven track record in construction segment innovation
Nice-to-have
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to prepare customer-ready presentations
Knowledge of quality systems and compliance
Experience with water-based emulsions and rubbers
Familiarity with acrylic and elastomeric polymers
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with 5+ years experience OR Master's with 2+ years
Minimum 5 years in R&D, product development, or technical service
Currently based in the Middle East region (strongly preferred)
