You will assist the Director of Nursing in developing policies, managing staff assignments, and participating in quality assurance programs to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
This role requires active participation in committee meetings, conducting daily rounds, and coordinating comprehensive care plans for residents in a long-term care setting.
