Job Summary

  • Responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining Windows systems in company environments, including all approved vendor hardware and software.
  • Monitors systems to ensure platforms are available in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and provides 24/7 on-call support.
  • Ensures systems are backed up, maintains disaster recovery systems, and interacts closely with client service representatives and team members across business units.
