The Content Lab melds UX and Adult Learning principles to strategize, develop, and maintain the Integrated Delivery Training Curriculum, preparing hundreds of thousands of Delivery Associates each year.
This role partners closely with the Design Manager and Design team to produce branded large-format graphics for Delivery Training classrooms and environmental graphics for stations across the NA market.
The Art Director thrives in a hands-on production environment, bringing both creative skill and operational discipline to their work, and mentors designers to raise the quality of team output.
