Job Summary
The Custodian is responsible for performing custodial duties, minor maintenance and other miscellaneous duties in order to ensure that property buildings and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner.
Essential functions include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, dusting and wiping surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, and emptying wastebaskets.
Additional duties involve replacing light bulbs, using and maintaining equipment, washing windows, and securing buildings.
