Job Summary

  • Lead the strategy, design, and deployment of training programs to elevate performance across multiple manufacturing locations in the Americas Region.
  • Manage a team of instructional designers to deliver effective, scalable learning solutions including Structured On-the-Job Training processes.
  • Partner with leaders across Operations, HSE, Quality, HR, and technical functions to align training with business strategy and operational priorities.

  • Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field

  • Lean/Green/Black Belt certification
  • Experience with high-voltage components
  • Remote team management skills
  • Matrixed manufacturing environment experience
