Job Summary
The RSM will be responsible for delivering regional bookings aligned with the company’s expectations through the development and management of direct reports (4) and key customer accounts within the assigned region.
This role will lead the regional team in developing new and enhancing existing customer relationships, improving customer engagement/satisfaction, and sales efficiency to expand aftermarket opportunities and bookings within the region in support of the organization's growth initiatives.

Base of 150-160k plus sales incentive plan
