Job Summary

  • You will shape and lead Freo Group’s Industrial Relations strategy, supporting leaders, managing business risk, and enabling operational success.
  • The position is offered as a 0.8 FTE, with flexibility to work either a 4-day week or a 5-day week (reduced hours), tailored to suit the preferences of the successful candidate.
