Job Summary

• Performs a variety of general laundry and housekeeping/cleaning duties to provide quality laundry service and to maintain the nursing home in a sanitary manner.
• Essential duties include making available clean linen, maintaining linen in good repair, collecting laundry from residents, sorting, treating, washing, drying, folding, and delivering clean laundry items.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and regularly be required to sit, stand, walk, and talk, read or hear.
