Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • LAN/WAN operations
  • TCP/IP protocols and OSI model
  • UNIX or Linux operating systems
  • packet captures using Wireshark
  • DNS and HTTP protocol
  • SSL/TLS handshake understanding
  • Network Security experience

Nice-to-have

  • Public/Private Cloud technologies
  • Programming/Scripting skills

  • Automation tools experience
  • Fluency in other languages

Key Requirements

  • Customer support experience with enterprise-level corporate customers
  • Hands-on technical experience with network hardware
