You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in policy development, and ensure compliance with all nursing service procedures and regulations.
The role involves administrative, personnel, nursing care, staff development, safety, sanitation, equipment management, care planning, and budget functions to support comprehensive nursing services.

Key Requirements
Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care facility
Current active RN license in state
Current CPR certification
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Knowledge of PCC preferred
Maintain required continuing education and licensing
