Job Summary

  • This role will report directly to the CFO of Global Corporate & Institutional Banking APAC and work closely with Financial Planning and Data Analytics Teams to ensure seamless delivery of ANAPLAN as GCIB APAC’s ERP tool.
  • The Engagement Lead oversees the overall Anaplan support engagement, ensuring client satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous business growth while leading governance, QA, and new opportunity identification.

Key Requirements

  • Certified Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing multi-client or multi-region support operations
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication
