The Head Swim Team Coach will oversee all aspects of the River Place Rapids summer swim team, including leading practices, managing assistant coaches, planning meets, and fostering a supportive environment for swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
Key responsibilities include planning and leading daily practices, providing stroke instruction, supervising and mentoring assistant coaches, and coordinating all swim meets.

Previous coaching experience in competitive or recreational swim programs
Strong knowledge of swim strokes, starts, and turns
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Current Lifeguard Certification, CPR/First Aid
American Red Cross, USSSA, YMCA, or ASCA swim instructor certification
