Previous veterinary experience required
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to handle aggressive or frightened pets
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
Basic knowledge of pharmacology and animal science
Nice-to-have
Certificate from NAVTA-approved program preferred
One year pet care setting experience preferred
Compassion and empathy for pets and owners
Strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
