  • The position drives interdepartmental alignment, leads teams toward achieving client satisfaction and strategic growth targets, and supports contracting initiatives and long‑term client retention.
  • The Senior Director also manages new business development within their existing book of business and guides the team in identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
