As a ticket taker, you will assist guests by scanning tickets, helping ensure a safe and clean venue, and engaging with guests to support their needs before, during, and after the show.
The role involves greeting guests, answering questions, assisting with seat locations, examining tickets for authenticity, and providing assistance to guests with special needs.
Position may require constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 25 lbs+, and standing, and will require sometimes working in the elements as performances are Rain or Shine.
