Job Summary

  • The Clinical Sales Specialist is responsible for providing technical sales support for all medical products to Leica’s Medical customers and Independent Manufacturer’s Representatives (IMRs).
  • This role involves conducting product demonstrations, target account planning, developing strategies for opportunities, training field reps, and handling inquiries and application problems.
  • The position reports to the Clinical Sales Specialist Manager and will work remotely to cover the Western region, requiring up to 70% travel.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with 10+ years' experience in Medical sales OR Associate’s Degree with 5+ years OR Bachelors’ Degree 2+ years
  • Knowledge of microsurgical workflows
  • Experience supporting procedures in Neurosurgery, ENT, Plastics, Spine, or Ophthalmology
  • Up to 70% travel within region
  • Comfort working in operating rooms and clinical environments
  • Able to lift over 50 pounds
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods
