Job Summary
This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, managing order entry, quotations, and service requests while delivering a high level of responsiveness and accuracy.
The candidate will interact directly with customers to support return merchandise authorizations for repairs, calibrations, and upgrades and work closely with service technicians to provide timely updates.
