  • This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, managing order entry, quotations, and service requests while delivering a high level of responsiveness and accuracy.
  • The candidate will interact directly with customers to support return merchandise authorizations for repairs, calibrations, and upgrades and work closely with service technicians to provide timely updates.
