Key Requirements
Master Mariner with at least 10 years’ shore-based experience in shipping operations
Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Shipping or Maritime studies
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to maintain high-level stakeholder engagement
Experience in influencing and working cross functionally
Strong leadership capabilities
Willingness and ability to travel internationally 20–40%
