Proficiency in tax software CCH Axcess or GoSystem
Experience with 1065, 1120, and 1120S forms
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Nice-to-have
CPA, CA, or Enrolled Agent certification
Master's Degree in Tax or Accounting
Knowledge of international tax regulations
Experience working with PCS clients
Mentoring and coaching junior team members
Key Requirements
