Job Summary
Be the contact person with production sites globally to support Warranty performance monitoring and financials, organizing meetings to ensure data availability and share analysis results.
Collect and analyze field warranty claims for each customer/application/product/site combination, build and update Failure Rates evolution charts (IPTV), and establish IPTV forecasts.
Organize monthly financial rebills between plant finance teams based on received and paid invoices, run month-end closure meetings, and support internal and external audits.
