Must-have

  • Phlebotomy skills required
  • High school graduation or equivalent
  • Effective verbal and written English communication
  • Ability to handle infectious biological specimens safely
  • Knowledge of chemical hygiene and infection control policies

Nice-to-have

  • Technical or vocational school education preferred
  • Completion of phlebotomy training program
  • ASCP Phlebotomy Technician certification
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with point of care testing

Key Requirements

  • High School Grad or Equivalent
  • Phlebotomy Technician (PBT(ASCP)) preferred
  • Medical Lab Associate (MLA-ASCP) preferred
  • Driver's License preferred
  • Valid state licensure if applicable
