Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Patient Financial Services Representative
  • High school graduate required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare environment preferred
  • Knowledge of ICD-10 coding
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Knowledge of third party billing and collections
  • Knowledge of managed care requirements
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Microsoft Office mandatory
