Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and above
  • 10+ years of experience working as an HRBP
  • Varied HR experience including employment law, compensation, organizational planning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team spirit and comfort working across different time zones and cultures
  • Excellent organizational management skills
