The primary focus of the role is to research and develop DroneShield’s next generation of capabilities, working closely with ML/AI, Data Science, RF and infrastructure teams.
DroneShield is experiencing hypergrowth with revenue surging from A$57 million in 2024 to over A$190 million in 2025 and investing over A$50 million annually in R&D.

Key Requirements
7+ years experience in RF and DSP
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent
experience in counter-UAS or electronic warfare systems preferred
