Job Summary

• Lead the development, optimization and implementation of Body-in-White (BIW) processes, ensuring production efficiency, high quality, and safety.
• Specify, source, and validate BIW tools, jigs, fixtures, and robotics systems, and support a team of process engineers.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process-related quality issues and implement corrective actions to reduce defects and improve process capability.
