• Empower the college’s 10 departments and schools, strengthen their achievements, and provide transformative leadership for innovative, future-facing degrees and curricula.
• Generate real revenue from enrollment, research grants and giving, lead major fundraising efforts, developing significant sources of private funds and building on existing sustainable endowments.
• Advance excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, both in-person and online; Promote an environment and obtain resources to foster an increase in research and scholarship appropriate to the University's Carnegie designation.
